MAPS/PATH/Person Centred Planning Tools with an Exemplary Employment Twist

MAPS and PATH are exemplary forms of person centred planning: co-facilitating for individuals, friends and family, & teams and organizations with Aaron Johannes and Shelley Nessman of Spectrum Consulting. Shelley and Aaron have been doing PATHs for individuals, organizations, and teams for more than 20 years. PATH is an effective tool to plan for and promote inclusive employment for everyone. Spectrum Society are local leaders in transition away from traditional day services, to supports that truly facilitate and include individuals in the community. Employment first is the focus of Spectrum’s community inclusion services.
