Free government‑services offices (in person, by phone, or by video) staffed with justice interviewers, child support officers, and family justice counsellors that help people with family law issues such as separation/divorce, parenting/guardianship, child/spousal support, protection orders, mediation, referrals to other resources, and guiding through court or non‑court resolution.


Legal Aid BC

Provides free legal information, advice, and representation for eligible residents of British Columbia, helping with family law, criminal law, immigration/refugee issues, child protection, and other legal matters


Legal Aid Navigators

Guide clients through the legal aid process by answering questions, providing support (including with appointments and communication with lawyers), arranging interpreters, connecting to duty counsel, FamilyLawLINE, and other community or specialized services
