Support for parents with intellectual disabilities to raise their families with confidence.
The PSP offers in-home parenting education and community support for eligible parents. Referrals are accepted from families and service professionals.
What We Offer:
- Regular home visits with parenting support and skill-building
- Help connecting to schools, healthcare, and social services
- Referrals and collaboration with other agencies and professionals
- Emotional support and resource navigation
Eligibility & Referrals:
At least one parent must be eligible for CLBC services. Referrals may come from families, professionals, or agencies.
