At Community Living Victoria (CLV), we help individuals and families access supports that match their goals, needs, and abilities. All programs have intake criteria, including availability and alignment with each person’s support requirements, to ensure services are meaningful and person-centered.
For most adult services, eligibility is determined by Community Living BC (CLBC), which coordinates referrals and makes final decisions. CLV does not determine eligibility for these services, though CLV intake criteria apply after CLBC approval.
CLV also provides non-funded advocacy and family support services, which families can access directly. These programs offer guidance, advocacy, and help navigating community and disability-related resources.
For youth, services are available to those who are accessing or waitlisted for Supported Child Development (SCD) funding.
This ensures individuals and families can access the supports they are eligible for— empowering them to participate fully in their communities and achieve their goals.
