Teen Community Connections (TCC)

Friendships, fun, and community for youth

TCC is a community based, recreational program for youth ages 13-18 years with intellectual disabilities and autism. We focus on social connection and increased self-confidence through community access and engagement.

What We Offer:
  • After-school programming up to three days/week (School District 61)
  • Summer day camp programming (9 am – 4 pm)
  • Social skill development, physical activity, and community exploration
  • 3:1 teen to staff ratio

Eligibility:

Youth must be Supported Child Development (SCD) or Child and Youth with Support Needs (CYSN) eligible.
