Family Support

Through Family Support we provide information, resources, advocacy and support in a variety of topics that families request.  We often attend planning meetings in  schools, ministry offices and community.  Common supports include future planning, conflict resolution, workshop organization, community development, parent support groups and inclusive education facilitation. Families can contact us directly at any time.  In addition to our direct support, families can choose to be on our email list to keep up to date on latest workshops and support options.

Transition Tool Box Series:

The Transition Tool box is a series of short videos designed to provide a brief overview of some helpful tips and resources that we have found useful for families and youth with disabilities who are transitioning from high school to adult life in the Victoria Area.
